    I really wish Xbox had the option to COMPLETELY disable the Quick Resume feature. Ever since it was introduced, it's been nothing but a hassle for guys like me, who primarily play Battlefield. Every time I want to play Battlefield 4, V, or 2042, I have to first remove the game from the Quick Resume list in order for it to boot correctly and join the server. If I don't remove it from the Quick Resume list, then I'll either get an error, or the game will try to link up to servers that are no longer online, and I'm unable to refresh the servers unless I quit the game, but in able to do that I have to remove it from the Quick Resume list.

    Maybe this feature works well for open world games, but it SUCKS for FPS games. When playing Battlefield 2042, I have to CONTINUALLY remove the game from quick resume every single time the game freezes or glitches me out of the server. I never had issues like this until this feature was introduced.

    PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION TO TURN IT OFF! I shouldn't have to manually remove every single game from the quick resume list that I don't want on there after they're added to the list without my permission. We should, at the very least, have the option to make our own list of games that we would like to add to the list rather than having the system automatically save the games to the list every time we start them.

    I really hope this issue gets addressed..... Please add a toggle to disable the Quick Resume or add the feature to permanently add and block games on Quick Resume. I know I'm not the only one who's noticed this issue.....

    Quick resume doesn't work with every title, you should check each individual games listing to see what Xbox features it supports

    quicker zoom is built into every aspect of the system. Disabling it is being investigated but may not be possible

    All you have to do is quit the game before you shut down the system by pressing the start button and going to quit on the homepage

    You can try to remove games from the quick resume feature. To not use quick resume when on standby:

    - Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    - Select System > Settings > Power & startup > Power mode & startup.

    - Under Quick resume, toggle the setting to Off.

    To remove games from the quick resume:

    - First, click on the Xbox button on your Controller, then “My games & apps”.

    - You will locate the list of games that are currently used in the feature Quick Resume.

    - Head to the game with the quick resume saved states that you are looking to remove.

    - In the highlighted game on your controller hit the Menu button (a small button with the 3 horizontal lines icon) to open up the pop-up menu.

    - Now in your pop-up menu, click on “Remove from Quick Resume”.

    If you want to submit a feedback for the Xbox team to remove the quick resume feature or to have an option to complete turn it off, please use the Feedback Hub app. It is currently the best choice available for us players. Here on the community forum we are only users. We do not work for Xbox.

    As I mentioned, if you want to submit a feedback for the Xbox team to remove the quick resume feature or to have an option to complete turn it off, please use the Feedback Hub app. There is no way to completely turn it off right now.
