Xbox's new enforcement system is over the top and stepping over boundaries

As the title says the new enforcement system is far too over the top and excessive, as stated by Microsoft only 1% of players recieve a temporary ban, and after the first one only 1/3 of those players recieve a second, and the number then massively dwindles. Not only that, but the system is profoundly unfair, with cheating/hacking/exploiting receiving only 1 strike, whereas being a bad sport or toxic receives 3, which 1 strike clears every 6 months, AND 8 strikes receives a year long ban. Toxicity cannot be removed from people, but banning people from their purchases and friends for profanity, which profanity alone receives 1 strike, which is utterly ridiculous and just being reported can receive a strike, makes me not want to support Microsoft any longer. I've seen players report other players out of pure rage and toxicity alone and now Microsoft has given those childish players the power to get people who have done nothing banned for a year. This strike system not only supports playing alone, but not connecting or playing multi-player games at all. Why would I want to play a multi-player game that I'm good at if I can get banned from all of my games and friends for playing? It's similar to when Overwatch's development team started banning people for ****. I'm utterly disappointed in Microsoft because there are far better ways to take care of toxicity than to incentivize people to not play with anyone else. It's also ridiculous to be able to receive a year long ban by any means, especially toxicity. If I or anyone receive a year long ban from Xbox, we for sure will not only completely protest Microsoft products, but pursue legal action. Not only that, but there are already multiple petitions and protests against this system, and many have already switched to other gaming outputs. Instead of trying to get rid of your player base, why not make 8 strikes equal 8 days? I will no longer speak highly of Microsoft products and software and instead sway people to another area because of this systems cruel strictness. People are people, hardly any are receiving temporary bans, and instead Microsoft would rather get rid of everyone than have someone make fun of someone for doing bad, which is how people get better at the games they play. Being called a trash noob who needs to get good makes players want to be able to be better, to not get called that again. Of course nothing will be done, and Xbox will lose its playerbase again, and we all tried to complain and fight this.
