Xbox's horrible enforcement system

I have recently been communication banned. This may seem no different than the other hundreds of people who complain that they want to be unbanned, but this? This is a communications ban for empathizing with another. To give a little context to this situation,
I joined a randomteeam based games lobby and I played with some random people for a good 40 minute before I, and everyone else else were kicked from the game. I was messaging one other persons that was kicked like me and they were incredibly angry at the host
as I, so i told the man not to worry, the host is just an ****. The enforcement code is supposed to ban people who use profanity to harass or another but where exactly did I do such a thing such thing? The xbox enforcement team should actually investigate
BEFORE randomly banning people for the simple profanity

Just to let you know, I did report him right away. I then reported him a second time once I was banned. Thanks for sharing the rules, I'll try to make sure I keep them in mind if I ever post again.

Profanity is not allowed at all in the
code of conduct. As far as I can tell, Enforcement does not check for conversational context.

If everyone can prefer/avoid others and that there is the thing that matters, the system will be horribly abused. If it will only be changed by the Enforcement team for complaints they receive about a player, it's all good.

The fix to the crappy spawns is better and larger maps. These are the worst. It's one thing to have jet packs but having maps where the only way to play is be a run and gun idiot is just stupid. And clearly it's not working.

there should be a mechanic built into the game that scans the entire battle field in milliseconds after you die and spawns you in an area where there are no other players.

Yeah just hold on a few months and they will patch several times and it will be fixed a month or so before the next cod. STill don't understand why after many cods they can't fix this before launch. They got all these morons playing this game for months
you would think they would notice the spawns suck.
