    Xbox's Enforcement service is absurd.


    I was awarded a communication suspension on the 6th of November 2017 which was to end of the 20th of November 2017. This did end but however I then received a 2nd suspension for harassment and bullying for the same message which I did not understand why
    or how this happened. The 2nd suspension was issued on the 7th of November 2017 and was set to end on the 21st of November 2017. This was yesterday and I spent my day going through and waiting till the exact time of which the suspension should be over, however
    when i got home and signed into my account I got a message which said that I was still banned so of course i was confused. I then went on and spoke to a member of the Xbox Live Support Team who had shed some light on the matter showing that there was an unknown
    addition to my 2nd suspension which showed that i wouldn't be unbanned for another 3 months?! I was completely unaware of the extension and how absurd it is! I simply don't understand how you can get banned twice from one message and after reading through
    some over forums I have seen that other people have had the same exact problem. This is not acceptable and something should be done. I would like for one of the enforcement ambassador's to personally review my case.

    This is absurd, I have been told many times months ago that my question would for sure be handled with. Zero response, zero effort, never seen a display this pathetic before. The quality of Xbox's customer service is disgusting and I am glad I haven't
    renewed my live membership for the past 2 months. Is this the quality of customer service you want your customers to remember you by? Makes me sick.

    Profanity is not allowed at all in the
    code of conduct
    . As far as I can tell, Enforcement does not check for conversational context.

    Xbox's Enforcement service is absurd.

    You don't get suspended twice for the same thing.Your 2nd suspension would of been for a separate offence committed before your first suspension was even issued.

    During the course of the investigation the enforcement team would of found other offences you had committed which is why you were issued a 100 day suspension.In the past it would of probably been a permanent ban.

    100 day suspensions do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed so you will have to wait it out.

    Also be aware that if you are thinking of using a secondary account to avoid this suspension then don't as that is also against the code of conduct & will most likely result in a console privilege suspension.

    . Which includes the code of conduct. For any Enforcement related issues we recommend visiting the
    Enforcement site. We here on the forums are unable to do anything, even Xbox support cant do anything with bans. Also keep in mind the

    forum guidelines

    1. The game rating only applies to single player content. Xbox live interactions are all expected to be rated "E for everyone". Something everyone agrees to when making an account.

    2. Its pretty much always been a derogatory term.

    3. It doesnt matter who started it. (something else you also agreed to)
