    I got this problem: Xbox Purchase Mismatched Market and Language. I,ll changed the language from spanish (my language) to english in setting, and nothing happens, I tried several times but nothing seems to work.

    I can't redeem a code 'cause it seems that it's not compatible w/ my region and language configurations. Initially I had these set un in english and US then I changed them to spanish and Colombia but it doesn't still work.

    You bought everything in the US, but are you physically in the US and is your Xbox account set for the US? both of those games are region locked so in order to download the, your account region and physical location have to match and you have to be in a
    region where the games are available for download.

    Yes I am physically in USA. How to check region for my account?

    Smwutches is right, it sounds like there is a mismatch happening between your physical location and your Xbox Live account region. If your Xbox Live account region does not match your physical location, run your account through the >>migration<<
    process and try redeeming the codes again.
