XBoxOneS wont play Fortnite or Fifa

Discus and support XBoxOneS wont play Fortnite or Fifa in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I wonder if anyone can help me, our children's Xbox1S has stopped working, we can still play some older games and use App's like the sky tv app however...     XBoxOneS wont play Fortnite or Fifa


    I wonder if anyone can help me, our children's Xbox1S has stopped working, we can still play some older games and use App's like the sky tv app however Fortnite and Fifa18 (Which is a disk version) simply wont load. They just freeze at the loading screen
    or say not available.

    We have Live but no other subscriptions etc. System has no pending updates.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

    No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

    Or it could mean the xboxone was getting set up and ppl wanted to play it there is the same set up in my game ps4 has knack and FIFA on it and xboxone has dr3 and forza on it. There was 2 ppl on thes4 set up about 9 on the Xbox set up
