Black screen and can't enter the mainmenu , the console light keep 3~4 secs and then auto turn off

Unable to get to the Settings menu.

Hello,

I am unable to get to the settings menu. When I click on settings at the main menu, the screen flashes black and then goes back to the main menu.

Any ideas?

Hold down power button for 8-10 seconds until unit shuts down. Unplug power cord to X1, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and power back up. Be patient as green screen will stay up for a bit while it loads up. Hopefully this will fix your issue. This method
is a "Soft Reset", where as a "Hard Reset" would be a factory restore.

thanks. I have tryed hold down power button for 8-10 seconds until unit shuts down. Unplug power cord to X1, wait 30 seconds, but still cannot enter the "green screen" , the power button only keep light 3~4secs and then auto turn off

I am unable to provide a screenshot however the picture looked like the main menu but with a black line with the error code in the middle, I am unable to log into a game called tentacles: enter the mind and I have tried troubleshooting.

It should automatically connect you online if it is not so, maybe you do not have gold or when you access the main menu on the right side of the first window it says connect online, enter

I means mine will stock at home screen and then shutdown automatically ! nothing help to solve this but I can skip that by entering the setting at white logo
