Discus and support XBoxOne turns off all of a sudden. Please Help in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; XBoxOne turns off all of a sudden. I have tried all the options on the support page.     XBoxOne turns off all of a sudden. Please Help


    XBoxOne turns off all of a sudden. I have tried all the options on the support page. I can say that it is not a case of heating up. Or there is nothing wrong with Blue Ray/DVD. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Problems when turning on.

    Hi,

    Can anyone help advise please?

    Since yesterday when I turn on my Xboxone it starts up normally, but then the screen goes black (I can still hear sound).

    If I turn the Xboxone off and then back on again it all seems to work fine.

    Has anyone ever encountered this?

    Xbox one black screen

    so this morning, I was playing ac syndicate when all of a sudden the screen turned black randomly. I shut the tv off and when I turned it back on, the picture was there again. But a few minutes later, it turned black again. Every time I turned back on the tv, the pictures there for a few minutes then it turns black. I don't know what's wrong! Can someone. Help me? Thanks

    Saw your post and did a little research, what I noticed is a few people claimed to have fixed this issue by cleaning out the dust bunnies from the power brick. (X1-S is different) One even used an air mattress blower to clean out the little 'dust bunnies'
    and I thought that was priceless. lol

    I had the same problem. After a hard reset it would work for awhile and then turn on and off randomly. I was told it was shot and to send it in.
