    XboxOne suddenly switches off when I play Fortnite


    Hi, I'm using an Xbox One and I have the following problem. When I use Fortnite it suddenly switches off after a few minutes. Both the console and the LED on the power supply switch off. It only happens with Fortnite, with the other games everything works
    normally. I've already tried to uninstall Fortnite and install it again, but the problem remains. Do you know how I can solve it?

    Fortnite wont launch

    I am unable to launch Fortnite suddenly. Has run perfectly for months now and suddenly won’t launch off the home screen.

    Does anyone have any such experience and proposed solutions ?

    Felix here with Xbox forums support..

    I would first try holding down the Xbox console power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off.

    Then, unplug your power supply / power cord from the back of the Xbox for about 5 minutes.

    Plug, it back in and start it up.. play Fortnite again and see if the issue continues..

    If none of the above mentioned solutions work.. I would try a Factory reset of the console (KEEP GAMES AND APPS option)
