XboxOne stopped detecting the external hard drive

Hi guys.

My XboxOne stopped detecting the external hard drive after I replaced the USB 3.0 adapter.

Comments:

1. The console does not detect the external hard drive even if I use the previously working USB 3.0 adapter.

2. The hard disk, USB cable, and USB port of the console are functioning normally.

3. I have done all the tests on the troubleshooting page.

4. I connected the external hard drive to the PC and it is apparently accessible.

5. I have already restored the console to factory settings, but did not detect the external hard drive.

6. I am not in the Insider Program.

I have 800GB of games on this external hard drive.

Oi pessoal,

Meu XboxOne parou de detectar o disco rígido externo após eu trocar o adaptador USB 3.0.

Observações:

1. O console não detecta o HD externo mesmo se eu usar o adaptador USB 3.0 que estava funcionando anteriormente.

2. O disco rígido, o cabo USB e a porta USB do console estão funcionando normalmente.

3. Já fiz todos os testes da página de solução de problemas.

4. Conectei o disco rígido externo no PC e aparentemente está acessível.

5. Já restaurei o console para as configurações de fábrica, mas não detectou o disco rígido externo.

6. Eu não estou no Programa Insider.

Eu tenho 800GB de jogos neste disco rígido externo.

I recently had the same issue. I was using a Seagate 1TB external hard drive. The xbox itself may not be the issue. It could very well be the hard drive itself. I plugged mine into another xbox, it did not read, also plugged into PC, did not read. Possible
the hard drive may have crashed and may just have to buy a new one.

I hope it is not a problem on the external hard drive as I can not buy another.
