Xboxone still wont display after service

Hey let me give a quick run down on my issue as it seems quite odd. Xbox one worked on my TV for quite a while. I don't remember exactly what happened since its been a while but I believe I unhooked the HDMI connection on the console to do something and
whenever i plugged it back in the display no longer worked. I got the green XBOX logo on the screen as well as the sound it plays at start up but after that the screen flashes blue and black as if nothing is connected. Tried multiple HDMI cables but no luck.
Oh well. After trouble shooting I kind of gave up and bought a PS4 and have been playing that. Recently decided to have my Xbox serviced through Microsoft and paid the 115 dollars to have them ship me a new one. Got the console back last night and guess what...same
issue. Here is the odd part. I have the PS4 plugged in and it is displaying just fine. Unplug PS4 and plug in Xbox and I get the flashing screen. Tried multiple ports/cables but no luck. Plug the Xbox into a tv in another room and it displays fine. So there
is some sort of communication error between the Xbox and the original tv. I've ruled out issues with the XBOX, HDMI cable, TV but for whatever reason they wont all work together on this one tv. How would I go about resolving?

controller keeps disconnecting

HI , everyone

is there anyone still having a problem with controller disconnecting randomly?

I did every test on my 3rd refurbished xboxone Feb. updated.

I tried changing battery to new one, router off, sub monitor off, wireless keyboard off, netbook off by MS' guide and some documents googled

but still happening more then one time randomly almost everyday

I stopped calling customer service. I'm sure it wont help me.

what should i do next with my xboxone?

AC4 wont be a launch title coz it comes out on 1st nov i went into my local GAME and saw all the launch titles and one of them was watchdogs which comes out either the 22nd or 27th nov now if its a launch title it means the xboxone wont b out before watchdogs
in released so xboxone will either come out same day as xboxone or just after

 

If the "new" or replaced xbox one is a different unit or even if it was factory reset and you're having the same issues, have you contacted support on your TV? I realize this may not be the reason, but its worth checking into because the PS4 doesn't work
the same as the Xbox One on all TV's

I experienced this on a trip so, I hope you find a solution either way but that's the only thoughts I have

 

I gotcha. the plan is to get in contact with them today but was just trying here first. if they get it resolved ill post back the results in case anyone else runs into the same problem.

 

Have you tried different resolutions to see if that will help?

 

Havent tried that yet... I didnt discover that could potentially be an issue until I did some more research this morning. Do i change the resolution on the xbox while its plugged into the working tv? Or how do you recommend doing that?

 

Sounds like a resolution thing to me too. Try resetting by holding power and eject button on console.
