xboxone problems

i have had two consoles replaced all died same way games freezing wont play kicking back to dash board so i had replaced and all the games that were frexxing work fine now and my sons just recently went the same paid over 700 dollars as it had kinect with
they replaced it other day with a standard console which i am not happy about even that took a lot of arguing with store as son had 4 months and played it for two hours and i was not impressed i have no ideah if it has somethink to do with the batch or what
as these was the first i am unhappy with the fact they only have 500 gig hardrive near 200 gig used before you start and i also did some digging to find out that a few of sons freinds have died the same way with the same problems but what enoys me more is
my sons how much it cost as it was titan edition with kinect and only to get replaced with a standard console and when i told even showed them i hit a wall so at moment i am tossing up weather to cut my loses get rid of both and just buy two ps4 as i had a
lot trouble with these two consoles even two a point were was called a liaer not possible until i fired up went in made them conect up xbox and try and sure enought lockup making a horrible sound even in front of them factory restored it formated hardrive
and still the same thing even when they got a couple games of shelf same thing and yet still no apoligie saiying sorry or you were right but consedering i spent over 1100 bucks on two consoles i am not very happy the way i was treated was just wrong even
spent hours on phone only to get fobbed off

If I purchase xboxone in UK or Germany will it work wthout problems in Serbia? When does Microsoft plan to make the xboxone evailable in Serbia/Balkan region?

Sorry to hear about your troubles OP, but with so much invested already. Wouldn't it be to your advantage to simply go with a replacment?
