XboxOne Party chat error [0x8923103D]-party chat hasnt worked in weeks

I have had trouble with party chat on xboxone for weeks now. I can join a party but no one can hear me and I cannot hear anyone either. It looks all fine in the party but just no sound at all. Sometimes there is a constant status of Çonnecting'with party
members but it never connects. Eventually I am out of the party with the error message 'Something went wrong with your party.Try again later. [0x8923103D].

Checks done include:

1. NATS are all set to open

2. Cleared Mac

3. Tested all network connections,multiplayer connections - basically everything in Network settings was tested.

4.checked family settings ( to make sure that wasnt accidentally set to kid safety )

5.Checked options and made sure no one was muted

6. searched online for possible fixes and found none

7. tested different headsets

8. The possibility that it is a server outage cannot be the problem as this is a long term problem now.

I have no problem hearing people in game chat just not in party chat.

Please help with this issue.

i have been having this same problem since the last update...

its definitely a Microsoft issue that they messed up the codec or something of the sort in the most recent update

because this issued literally started over night after the update was complete and have never had this issue in all the years on xbox.

the only thing i could think of was that my xbox was a first generation xbox one and they really want me to upgrade but hopefully they fix this issue with the next update and not broom it under the rug

I have also tried all your solutions and none of them worked and my issue is word for word exactly like yours, thanks for your post, it makes me feel better that this isnt a me problem and actually wrong doing on xbox update department

well im jealous to say the least, wish mine worked flawlessly - and party chat? my party chat hasnt worked since my xbox arrived, not even once - it says can't turn on party chat try again later

Same exact problem. Main profile, can't chat but says I'm in a party constantly. Kids profile on this xboxone works fine in all functions. First profile can chat normally on my kids xboxone as does their profile. One xboxone and one profile.

the party chat is still messed , when you get this error you have to try to exit from the party then join it again if this don't work you can try to start a new party chat , i hope they will fix it soon

In the case of "Fear The Doctor" above... this isn't a Party Chat error like the OP is having.

You simply have to push the Menu button and select "Party Chat" because for some reason on rare occasions it puts you in a party but not in party chat.
