XboxOne not connecting to internet after router upgrade to NF18

Hi Team,

I recently upgraded from regular fibre to gigantic fibre. Slingshot sent out a new modem - Netcomm NF18. Everything in the house works fine on the wireless network (appletv etc) but the xbox one won't connect. It says everything is ok and 'you are connected
to the internet' but nothing that requires internet works and when I go to detailed network stats all it shows is a strong wifi connection. The upload and download speeds are blank. Any ideas on if it could be a conflict with the new modem settings? WAN? NAT?

Xboxone not connecting to internet.

So... I have a netgear (genie) router. Suddenly my xboxone decides it does not want to connect to the internet anymore. It always registered their it was "connected" to the internet when i used the "test network connection", But under multiplayer connection
it always said i was not connected. (no usable error codes).

I know it has to be something with the router because it registers that theirs a connection with the Ethernet cable. Ive tried resetting my router and xbox one (including signing out), Enabling port forwarding, turned off my firewall and anti virus software,
tried a static IP address, and finally I tried to factory reset the darn thing. Now I'm stuck on the "connect to network" part of the xboxone start up function. It was working fine like 2 days ago and I made no network changes or took a screwdriver to the
xboxone so I'm stumped.

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

First time connection error

Connecting to Internet but not to XboxLive. Upgrade download failing status code 3cd6-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751

 

having the same exact issue but its not ISP im 99% sure... I first noticed something was wrong when the network stat tracker in Fortnite was showing me a 70-80ms ping with jumps up to 380ms. usually it sits right at 25-40ms for me
and I get zero jumps. Here is a list of everything I have done thus far and what im currently trying

hard resets on xbox and ALL network gear

Logging into neighbors wifi

opening ports

dmz my xbox ip

assigned static ip to xbox

plugged in directly with different ethernet cables ( into router and direct to modem)

called Comcast they sent someone he saw everything to be perfect on their end except for a couple loose fittings which he corrected

bought a new xbox one X assuming my original Xbox one was just getting old

called netgear support spent 2 hours ( yes 2 hours) troubleshooting from changing my routers channels, reprovisoning modem, isolating modem, isolating router and so much more I can't remember basically they came to the conclusion that
they were going to send me a new modem on the chance I could've bought a faulty device but that just can't be true and ill tell you why...

I am almost positive that the modem being replaced will not do anything to fix it as I have used my neighbors wifi and got the same result and I have never had this problem with my setup. I have spent so much time and money trying to
solve this and it has only been 3-4 days if anyone has any sort of info on this please share.

ISP: Comcast 180 M/B

 

Finally got ot sorted. In thd end for me it was a dns issue. Changed settings to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4 and issue resolved. Hope this helps!

 

Just tried it myself still getting same blank up down and intermittent spikes thank you though
