    XBoxOne lost in repair!


    I have received the email Nov.6.2014 saying my Xbox one is on its way and I should be able to track it with the tracking number they provided me. It is now Nov.18. And the tracking number does not work. I've had called customer support 4 times in the past
    4 days. No one can help me. FedEx can't help. Trust me I've called multiple times. Xbox support can't help. What am I suppose to do. File charges. What does it take for YOU Microsoft to take responsbility that you guys misplaced my Xbox One. I have been a
    loyal customer since Return of Castle wolfenstien on Xbox live. Help community! Help someone!

    XboxONE lost in Microsoft repair

    The email does not identify that your Xbox was picked up or shipped, it's probably sitting in the office and they will sit there until there are enough Xbox one's to fill the truck ...this is what happened to me it's not a great experience and hopefully
    you get your soon.

    Since you have an email from MS with tracking info (even if invalid), I would ask for someone you could email it to at MS when you call in.

    I know how you feel. I took forever for my tracking to show. I was sent a email around the dame time as you and it just showed on Fed Ex tracking yesterday. Look at these treads and you will see you are not alone.

    @Shado asking to email someone will not help at all. Just passing along a tracking number you can give over the phone. Best bet is to call them and tell them whats going on. Then ask for a manager if you get nowhere with the first person. I did that and
    the next day mine showed up on the site. I hope to have it in my hands Thursday.
