XboxOne GameDVR error messages/not recording

So,my problem is that i am constantly getting error messages when i go to record game clips. Ive had an XB1 since launch,and its worked fine up until last week..it happens with all games..I requested help from xbox support on twitter,and after following
their instructions of power re-setting,re-calibrating voice,making sure everything is tagged properly,they suggested i come here after 5 days of trying..This is the error i get:- 'Sorry,we could not record that.(0.82323012). This has made me really frustrated
and angry as i bought an XB1 for this feature as well as the twitch feature..I have a youtube channel which now lacks content that ive wanted to upload because of this stupid 'Error'.. Please,please give me help on this...Im very dissapointed over this and
have supported Xbox for the past 5 years. Not Happy ATM..

Recorded Video Clips have no sound

It's an issue of recording his voice, not the sounds from the game. Any thoughts?

Hmm Odd it could be the lack of storage resulting in this.

I'm having the exact same problem, as well as many others. I've also done EVERYTHING in attempt to fix the issue, though I've only been able to remedy the problem momentarily. I reset my mac address in network settings/advanced. It will restart your console
for you. After my console came back on I did a hard reboot by holding the power button for so many seconds. This doesn't sound important but it is, unplug your console from the wall for a bit. I'd say a good 5 min. I'm not entirely sure why this is important,
but it didn't work for me otherwise. I was able to use my upload studio for a bit after all of this, though the problem is still there. I've lost patience and have not attempted any further fixes on my own. I'm going to guess that Microsoft is aware of the
issue and is trying to fix it. I've yet to hear from anyone on their end talk about it. Hopefully there will be a patch soon, because it definitely stems from April's update. Good luck, hope this helps.

 

Got the same problem since launch.

But wasn´t a problem for me because I didn´t use this feature. But now I wanted to record some achievements to discuss them with my friends but I still get the same error as mentioned above.

Any News about a fix?

 

Hey there, Ernator! You should be able to resolve this by simply enabling GameDVR in the settings. You will want to go to Settings > Preferences and then enable GameDVR there. If that doesn't work, please post up a new thread detailing your
issue since this one is a bit old. This way we can get you the individual help that works best on the forums!
