XboxOne game won't launch; MegaMan X legacy collection part 1 and 2

Alright, I hope I'm posting in the right area...

so I purchased MegaMan X legacy collection. Installed both parts 1 and 2.

Done this maybe a thousand times in the past with other titles.

Neither part will launch.

Opens up with the art Splash screen, fades to black, then right back to my main dashboard screen.

I am game sharing with my brother, where the games launch fine. I thought that could of been the issue so I made this Xbox my Home console. No dice.

No other digital title in my library has this issue.

I've tried reinsalling.

Uninstalling>hard reboot> reinstall.

No dice.

I've restored the console (without deletion of games and apps)

I'm not sure what to do, it's frustrating today the least, and while not the most important thing I was looking forward to spending my night off playing some classic MegaMan X.

No other digital title regardless of game share is having issues launching. It's just MMX: Legacy collections

Love for Mega Man

I have the Megaman legacy collection. You may love it. but the collection will not love you back. It WILL kick your ***....I have MM 8 and 9 on my X360 ( would love them to be available as BC games already!). Those games kicked my *** aswell....I don't know
why I still play these games. But their is a strange appeal, that I never got over about megaman games. I would love a port of the Saturn and PS one games ... Just for the sake of having the whole collection in one place, on one console.

you have done the right thing you have to delete the game by compleyo and its data, clean the cache to restart the xbox and reinstall the game and then your updates.
