XboxOne Friends List not UptoDate, forcing A reboot everytime

Other dicussions talked and was advised to create my own post for individual issues.

I ensure my xbox is on energy saving, and I go to settings to force complete shutdown everytime.

My FriendsList on startup says they are online but when viewing...It says last online 6 hours ago and its been like this since last update probably

if this *** is true me and everyone one my friends list are (all 100 of them) are not getting xboxone this is a stupid idea.

It is a big f*** you to the comstumer.

Hey there AirRoc!

I'm sorry to hear about the friends list issue. I notice you said you have to
power cycle your console in order to have your friends show up correctly. Have you tried

factory resetting your console yet? You can keep your games and apps when you do this so you won't have to reinstall everything.

Give that a go and if that doesn't work, post back and let us know so we can dig around a bit more.

Filled out the survey on the 14th and still having the issue as of the 16th even after several forced reboots (to work around the no audio on HDMI bug). Still doesn't show in list.

I have this issue intermittently and I am able to reconnect by shuting down my pc completely and doing a hard reboot on my xboxone. When I relaunch the companion app I normally can see my xboxone.
