XboxOne Freezing - Restored and OSU1 have not fixed

    XboxOne Freezing - Restored and OSU1 have not fixed


    Unit will freeze on dashboard or at totally random times. After 5 minutes of being frozen the unit displays a black screen and will not power down unless console power button is held down. A factory reset was performed and OSU1 was installed through usb
    stick with no improvement. Now says unit was updated 12/31/1600?

    E200 error. Can't find the correct download page of offline system update file.

    Yes I was following the steps, but when I came to "Step 4: Download the Offline System Update file (OSU1)" and was to download the osu1 file, I found the link(www.xbox.com/.../osu1) just
    didn't work. So where can I download the osu1 file?

    this page?" Can anyone tell me a correct download page of the OSU1 file? Thanks

    Can't download osu files

    I just tried to download the OSU1 zip, it took a little longer for 5.2GB to download but I actually got it to finish downloading. I'd try to download it now.

    Microsoft...fix your ***. For real

    You may want to restore your console to factory default if it keeps on freezing. It will remove everything in the console but at least you can have a clean start set up and possible fix the freezing.

    I got interface issues before but fixed with restoring to factory default.

    my xboxone is insider,so is the new OSU1 must newer than now insider OS? How much longer shall I wait for this?
