XboxOne Freeze

Last sunday I bought my xbox one and since then my xbox froze 3 times, the third time it happened while playing assassinscreed unity and switching to the uplay interface. does this mean theres a problem with my xbox or is it a bug or something that has to
do with assassinscreed?

Did anyone else experience this ?

Freezing

I recently bought a XboxOne and it randomly freezes. The frequency of the freezes has been increasing over time and now it is unplayable. I got this error code

E200 00000024 00000000 What do I do? If nothing helps, can I get a refund or a replacement?

 

Xbox360 account problem on Xboxone

i have a problem using my xbox360 account on my xboxone, when i try to play a 360 game on the One my account doesn't log in (in many cases the game freeze on the xbox360 logo)

All the games that i have tried are playable on xboxone so i don't know where is the problem HELP! (im italian so sorry if bad english)

 

I've been having that issue hard core. It was so bad it froze my system when I tried to even turn it on the next morning. I had to restart it like 6 times to get the thing to work. The freezing is a common issue and I think Ubisoft is trying to fix it. That
and falling through the ground, but my Xbox was trying to read a glitched load point and to start. The trick is to some how clear the system's ram or cache or whatever so it loads fresh instead of trying to load your last point. Makes me wish I hadn't rushed
Black Flag. It was better then Unity. Had no major glitches either.

 

Im glad to hear I'm not the only one. And that it's more a problem with the game instead of my xbox. I really hope they'll fix it.. For now i'll stick playing GTA.

 

I have the same problem!! I bought my xbox one about a week ago and yesterday, when I started playing Assassin's creed unity, after a couple of hours, my game just crashed. It went gray screen and nothing was working. So I closed my xbox with my controller
and the xbox wont turn off. So, I pulled out the plug of my xbox for it to close. But when I try to open it again, it's jammed on the green screen or when it finally get to home screen and I restart playing AC, the game freeze and it's the same pattern again!!!!
So, my xbox is always freezing and I cannot play at anything!!! What do I do?

 

Does it also freeze with other games? For me only with ac (as far as i know)..

And ehm.. If i were you I would stop playing ac until they got a fix for it.

 

I hope theres somwone who could confirm to us that the game is bugged and not our xbox' ..

 

Hi Icy! I can confirm for you, Assassin's Creed Unity is MOST DEFINITELY bugged, and Ubisoft has stated that they are working hard on a fix for all glitches with both the game and Uplay.

Thanks for your awnser! Glad to hear so. Though when i just shut down my xbox it wouldn't turn off. I tried to manualy do so and and the screen popped back on but wouldn't respond.. So i pulled out the plug and plugged it back in to get it back working again..
This happened after i went to the home screen after playing gta and turning off my device with my controler.. Is this a common problem? Did i do something wrong..? Or is there really something wrong with my xbox?

I will say that SOME times, especially with the more memory-intensive games, it can cause a freeze when trying to shut down or back up to the home screen, etc. With the coming back on and not responding, the best thing to do in that situation is to hold
the power sensor on the console for 8-10 seconds, at which point the console SHOULD go off, and then wait a few moments for the power brick to turn steady Orange. Once it's orange, then it's safe to unplug it from the wall. Now, you probably didn't do any
damage by unplugging this time, but if you do that too many times, it can cause problems. The best thing is to try to do the hard shut down before unplugging.

 

Oh I see.. I've shut it down like this like 3/4 times already cause it wasnt responding.. Hope that didn't cause anything bad..
