XboxOne DVR Recording Issue Error # 0x82323012

I do not have Kinect so I double tap the Xbox button to quickly record my clips. This has completely stopped working per the error # 0x82323012

I have tried the following without any results

• Press and hold power button for 5 seconds to shut off console
• Wait 5 minutes and then unplug your console
• Power on console and press start button on controller
• Go to settings>preferences
• Under system and app, Allow Play to Streaming and Allow Broadcasts and Game DVR Uploads are checked
  

Nothing has worked. Any other solutions?

XBONE GAME DVR NOT WORKING

As soon is I want to start recording, it gives an error (0x82323012) PLEASE HELP

I have noticed that a workaround in the comments from
xbox one wont record game dvr error 0x82323012 and you can follow the method to fix this problem by deleting some videos in your upload studios.

 

Have you tried removing and adding your account back to your Xbox. I know this has helped me before and is very common troubleshooting step. If not that what game are you trying to record on?

 

Hi, some games do not allow recording of gameplay by default or is it all your games that won't allow you to record gameplay ?

As a last resort maybe try a system restore but keep your games/apps etc

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling
the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything
as a last resort.

 

I was trying to record on SW Battlefront which you can definitely record on this game. @ChatoticBlazeE3 I have 2 accounts associated with my XboxOne. I tried your tip by removing the second account, signing-out-of and back into my primary account, then VIOLA!

So in short, by simply only having 1 account associated with the XboxOne, then doing a quick sign-in sign-out on my primary account, this seemed to fix the issue. I also did a hard restart for good measure. It's been working ever since.
