XBoxOne - Downloading forever

I have purchased a XbonOne-1TB-TombRaider bundle very recently.

My home internet connection easily exceeds 120 Mbps download speed in Ethernet connection. I am downloading Two TombRaider's titles for the last 15 days. One Title is going to 58%, slows down there for sometime, and continue to increase to 79%, and slip to
58% again. This is keep happening. The other Title has reached 849% and counting.

I have restarted my console few times. No improvements.

Is there a way to download the game offline and to transfer the game via USB and install from there?

It seems i am not alone. Why Microsoft doesn't test Xbox-One properly?

XboxONE Setup? Pre-Installed Games?

I will be getting the XboxONE Madden 15 bundle (no Kinect) in the mail on the 26th. I want to get this baby setup and gaming fast as possible! How long does it take to setup the XboxONE? Do I have to download a bunch of updates?
Also a digital version of Madden 15 comes installed, will I have to download the game and install the game? Or will the game be available to play as soon as I enter the code? I really hoping it doesnt take forever to setup because I have to work later that night.

No, sorry there is not. If you just purchased the console though it may have a pending update. Please head to Settings>System to see if there is one that is waiting.

 

There is no pending update. Update status says, No update available. After struggling, one of Tomb Raider game has been downloaded. Waiting for the other game, which shows now 79% since yesterday.

 

I'm having the same problem. My internet speed clocked in at 36 mbps on three different online speed tests today too, so it's not the connection. And system updates on the console, all downloaded immediately.

This brand new system, out of the box this morning and 90 minutes into downloading the game it came with, progress was still only at 1%. The console quit after a while. Happened twice so far. So 3 hrs of download time blown to only reach 4%, and the console
inexplicably disconnected again.

Maybe we should have gone with Nintendo.
