XboxOne Controller Range Extender - How does this not exist

I dont understand. Microsoft, get it together. Some of us are adults - you know the people ypu want ganimg because we can afford all your fees and excessive prices. As adults we cant leave consoles put on the living room shelf. Some of us have nice media
closets where we mount gear. Doesnt do us much good when the controller range goes to basically zero (for low latency high performance) if console is in a media closet.

What extender should be purchased to fix this? Ps. I have 5 other things in that closet that all work perfectly fine over standard IR.

the ir blaster is just for controlling the tv not controllers, the controllers connect to the xbox via internal wifi which cannot be access, i am not aware of any solutions. I think the same applies to the other console manufacturer also, but i think
they use bluetooth but not extendable either.

Thanks for the reply and ypure correct its a media room. How is this not available? Blows my mind. Would a standard IR over wifi work? Is there an IR input on the backnof the console or something?

The limits of bluetooth is only 25 feet direct line of sight thats even with the xboxes IR blaster

the xbox controller does not use bluetooth for connection to the xbox only to mobile devices and pc.

xbox controller does not us IR.

So no playing ojt of the room oh and usb cable but good luck trying tp get a cable more.then 10 meters ive seen them at canadian tire

But yoi gotta remember the longer the cable.the more suseptible to damsge.and less.quality
