XboxOne can't connect with wifi network properly

Hello, two days ago my XboxOne suddenly disconnected me from my home wifi network while playing Dark Souls 3.

Impossible to reconnect properly since. The console detects networks available, including mine, but can't connect to it right. I can see my friendlist and who is playing but every other online feature is off.

Other times the connection is completely turned off, and every attempt at entering the password fails.

The problem does not seem to come from my wifi emission nor could my wifi be stolen because all of my other devices work perfectly and can disconnect and reconnect using wifi password.

So can I do about this, is this a frequent issue ? Also why the interface so lame ? Even the Xbox 360 was able to try and diagnose connection issue, and more to say than just "unable to connect"

Actually why is everything such garbage on this console, even my controler started malfonctionning in less than 4 months, I didn't even drop it once, barely even played actually.

I'm not sure this can help, but before this issue, I was in the process of downloading The Elder Scrolls online for free pay days. Also I still have lot of room on my drive.

I followed the instruction on the website, and register my xboxone, But why the system keep asking me register new device? How could I get the support? Thank you!

 

Can't connect xbox 360 slim to a wireless network

I am trying to connect my xbox 360 slim to my wifi network but it doesn't work. My mac is emitting a wifi signal and my xbox can see it but can't connect to my wifi network. What is wrong?

 

I have an update, nwo when I try to connect, it says

Rour network is good but there are some xbox service issues

Sorry there is a problem on our side, to see which services are affected...



Edit: ah wait, now it seems to be working for some reason, I was able to log into Dark Souls 3 athough during the loading it did check service status several times, I'm going to go play, for science of course

 

ok it's not working again.

It's seems I am supposed to enter the password when turning on the consol to connect to my network and sometmes it will randomly work, a coin flip basically.

That's very frustrating, especially since i have to reenter my wifi password each time I want to give it a shot, very tedious.

God dammit, on xbox360 I had to pay for the wifi adapter but at least it worked !

Ok so I around lats time I decided to change DHCP IPv4 on the console so it would match the one on my computer, a pop up on my computer warned me there might be some conficting IP adresse issue, but wi fi on both devices worked fine so I let it be.

That was last week but now it's stopped working again, this time the console knew there was a problem with DHCP, but changing it back to automatic setting doesn't help.

Now I'm back to the previous situation, were occasionally I won't be able to connect to the network (every password attempt fails )but I can still see my friends activity.

I'm probably going to unplug and plug the router when I can, it might do the trick
