    Can I ask what makes you think that your local cache isn't cleared?

    Make sure that if you do reset the console from the settings that you choose the "Reset, but keep my games" option.

    Hi There,

    Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox One (hold the front power button for at least 5 sec), then unplugging your power brick cable, waiting 30 secs, plugging it back in, and booting up your Xbox? This is the method for clearing your local cache so it should
    work.
