I was intend to buy a Xboxone as a gift to my best friend's wedding. But now I bought a Xbox without GAME!

There should be two or three download cards in the box, there is none of them. There is even no necessary to boot it! My order number is 249-5782598-5791015.

Chat Headset missing in the XboxOne package

I read on the XboxOne manual and in this forum that the headset should be included with the console bundles. I've just purchased an XboxOne here in Italy (bundle without Kinect anf with some games included). The bundle doesn't include the headset. Is that
normal? Thanks.

I purchased an Xbox one assassin creed unity bundle with 2 free game download tokens but before my son could download games the codes were thrown away during after christmas cleanup. Is there a way to get the download codes for his new Xbox one without the
card. They games were assassin creed unity and black flag. Please help!!

hi guys. I have a similar question:

I dont have a credit card, and have a xbox one with agold account. Is there a way to download the 360 games without a credit card or a 360 console?

because thegames are shown on the xbox one store but have a message saying they can only be bought on a bundle

i know littlewoods (uk and irish) have xbox one bundles up

although their far more expensive then retail or any other online retail shop

so their over priced bundles

Same problem were. Free game cant download asking for credit card. Fix or i m seeling my 2 xboxone and going for ps4.

Frist game it does this.

I have no cards.
