    XboxOne app problems


    So here's my problem, one day I logged into my Xbox one app and it automatically switched to this new username instead of my old one. When I get messages I still get updates on my phone as if the old "profile" is still there but I can't read them on my phone.
    The email is the same and my Xbox username on my Xbox is still the same. How can I read messages on my phone and watch my captures again! I'm missing it!!

    Hi Im having the same problems did you go to the xbox.com/xboxone/elitecontroller to find how to download the app for the controller?

    GAMES WITH GOLD? No where to be seen in Australia

    Seeing the same issue, Im in AU, cannot get if for free via xbox.com, via mobile app, via xboxone or via in game add on.

    I have seen reports that it is working no problems in the NZ store

    I have the same problem- despite of installing the Media player app on xboxOne.

    And the listing of monies do not correspond to the folders I have on my W10Pro computer, it is very confusing.

    i had this problem for two weeks the problem is a corrupted profile just delete and redownload your profile and it should work i found this out by rebooting my xboxone and trying to use the app with a diff profile without loging into my normal profile and
    it worked :)
