[XBOXONE] All my characters are missing on Diablo 3

Hello,

I have played yesterday afternoon (4:30PM to 7:00PM), all worked fine. When I have lanched Diablo 3 at 9PM, all my characters were gone.

I play on Xbox One (Gamer Tag ).

My parangon points are still on my account, when I create new character, I have my money, but all my old characters disappeared.

I have contacted Microsoft Support this morning, they told me that they aren't responsible, because data are under Blizzard responsabilities but on Blizzard / battle.net website, we can see that data aren't located on Blizzard servers (https://eu.battle.net/support/fr/article/R%C3%A9solution-des-probl%C3%A8mes-de-connexion-pour-Diablo...
for example, or Contactez l’assistance clientèle - Assistance Blizzard).

I tried to uninstall game then reinstall, to remove local saves, to remove my xbox account from my console then to reconnect it, but it doesn't work.

Diablo 3 > PS3-4

Diablo 3 sucks. We aint missing out on much.

Diablo 3 confirmed for 360

Woot I can't wait to play this I wish we're coming out sooner. In glad Xbox has something worth getting before the xboxone drops, not that xboxone looks worth getting. Diablo 3 will get a lot of use on my 360.

The xbox support is right this is an in-game issue and only the game developer can help you.

I have a feeling that when "Diablo 3: The Ultimate Evil Edition" comes out for the Xbox 360 it is going to take ALL of your characters instead of asking you which character you wish to import over from Diablo 3 Classic (original Diablo 3 without ROS). It
is a shame if you can't keep your Diablo 3 Classic save game data because you chose to import them into Diablo 3: The Ultimate Evil Edition. I am hoping that it is going to be similar to the way the Mass Effect handled the importation (where the previous
game save data remains intact while the game copies the data into the sequel) because what would happend if you don't want the changes that ROS makes to your character's skills and you want to go back?
