    PS: I notice on Xbox Live Rewards that my stats reset and on my member stats the have ??? for how many years im a member...

    Something wrong with the website or its just my gamertag

    We have forwarded your case to our social team, and they have reported that they have unblocked this account.

    Regarding your web issue, there was a temporary glitch in our daily maintenance that caused user profiles to fail to load, which made them appear to be non-existent. We have since resolved that issue. To be clear, this was purely an issue with the website.
    Your data on our database was unaffected.
