XboxLiveGoldQuest Reward never came!

Ive contacted MS Support again and Im waiting for the response , I'll see what they say and then come back here if I still need help .

Sorry to hear there is an issue with receiving the
rewards. We understand it can be frustrating when you work hard on the quest of the month and it doesn't update or provide a reward right away.

here on the Forums do not have the tools to assist with the missing rewards nor do we have information regarding the reward.

Since
you stated that all requirements have been met, and contacted the

Microsoft
Rewards Customer Support for further assistance it would be with them.
Complete the form for
Microsoft
Rewards Support
and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.

In the
future, please avoid creating multiple threads about the same issue as that is against Forum Guidelines.

Also, It could be that they have reached their limit. As stated by the

Xbox Live Gold Quests Offer Terms and conditions, the "Offer is available while supplies last. Offers will be fulfilled
directly to Xbox Live Accounts through the Message Center."

Sorry to hear that the issue is still persistent. Please be advised that we here on forum support have provided you with all support options on your past threads and will be locking this thread.

Once again, MS support is the only one who takes ownership for the "supplies/Rewards" and if you have qualified just remember as posted above by "XBF Jasmine Z": "Offer is available while supplies last."

So if you qualified but did not receive anything, then that is because the supplies/reward have run out.

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. If you redeemed the gems about a week ago, they would be deposited into your account for use in mid-April.

Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information.
