• Submit a request with your account details and query.

Please try to set this email account as primary alias. Try to check if you can send and receive emails using the new email domain by sending yourself a test email. I’ve completed these steps to a T, yet, I’m still not receiving mail, not on the Alias or the main

I appreciate your help but I don’t know if this can really be fixed by me, nothing I’m doing is working how I need it to,

I appreciate your assistance, and I do thank you for the advice you’ve given me, but I think I’ll need to try to get into contact with Xbox themselves to resolve this.
