Hi, I’ve been having this problem for quite some time but it’s only now becoming a pain in the neck

Recently I downloaded Microsoft’s Start app, and I’m in the rewards program aswell, well, they were giving out this deal for 3 months of Spotify premium for free, I took the chance but now since I have an Xbox live family email I can’t view the receipt for purchase.

Please do note that I took the liberty of creating a secondary email Alias before the redemption of the product, hoping that I could just start viewing mail from that secondary one opposed to my primary, but when I sent the confirmation code, nothing got sent to any of my emails! Not my Xbox live family.com (as expected) or my new outlook.com alias, I even tried going through Microsoft support but when I submitted my problem they said phone calls aren’t available for my issue, if anyone here can help me I’d really appreciate it, I only play on Xbox and not being able to redeem any of my reward’s correctly just because I had a family account when I was younger seems like a punishment I don’t deserve

However, we realized that this issue would be handled better by our Reward support team so they can properly verify what is happening to your account and application. They are more equipped with all the tools and resources to get your problem diagnosed.

Go to the Microsoft Rewards Dashboard: Microsoft Rewards (bing.com)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Rewards Support (bing.com)
Submit a request with your account details and query.
The reward support team will be able to check your account and assist you further.

That email domain (Xboxlivefamily.com) may not be receiving any emails however, your newly added alias with Microsoft email domain (@outlook.com) should be receiving emails. Please try to set this email account as primary alias. Try to check if you can send and receive emails using the new email domain by sending yourself a test email. Use this link to check your emails: Outlook webmail.

Please update us if you see any issues with the test email or if you receive it successfully.

I’ve completed these steps to a T, yet, I’m still not receiving mail, not on the Alias or the main

I appreciate your help but I don’t know if this can really be fixed by me, nothing I’m doing is working how I need it to,

I appreciate your assistance, and I do thank you for the advice you’ve given me, but I think I’ll need to try to get into contact with Xbox themselves to resolve this.
