Hi Xbox live rewards team,

My name David M. I have been dealing with issues with my rewards which I'm not sure why. Please help me I have been receiving emails stating this:

Go to Microsoft Billing. 2. Make sure your account information (including country and region) is correct. 3. If you're still experiencing problems, make a post to the Xbox Forums. [/td][/tr][/table]

I've been updated my account when I first received this email. Just when I thought I took care of it by fixing and updating my info, I keep getting this same email. What can I do to fix this problem I really wanna earn rewards. I thought it was working
the whole time and it wasn't that's crazy please help me fix this I'll do whatever it takes. I play both my consoles everyday my Xbox 360 & my Xbox One. I really would appreciate it if this issue can be fixed and resolved in a timely manner, I really could

I havent received my year of xboxlive from bing rewards

I have not received my 12 month xboxlive reward on bing rewards.

Hello HitmanPhill,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
communicated to our servers. What this means is that when our process contacts this server for your billable account information, an error occurs that is preventing our deposit process from receiving that data. The location of this billable account is critical
to the deposit, since that is where you access your funds from. When our process realizes that this data is not being communicated, it aborts rather than leave your Credits somewhere that you cannot access them. This missing information is also why our system
is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked on by another team, since the database containing your billable account information is not under our control. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us
with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.
