Xboxlive rewards not depositing

Hi.

My Xboxlive reward points are not depositing, and there is no button for me to try and make a deposit. Seems like I've had this problem for a year. Everything was working fine then just ask for updating billing info and never fixes.

Says I need to update billing. ( I have deleted all my info and updated everything)

I have a little more then 88,000 points. Would be great if I could get this problem solved.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
communicated to our servers. What this means is that when our process contacts this server for your billable account information, an error occurs that is preventing our deposit process from receiving that data. The location of this billable account is critical
to the deposit, since that is where you access your funds from. When our process realizes that this data is not being communicated, it aborts rather than leave your Credits somewhere that you cannot access them. This missing information is also why our system
is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked on by another team, since the database containing your billable account information is not under our control. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us
with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Posted before never got a clear answer.

xbox reward points won't deposit or give me option to deposit. Says update billing information. I do that and still doesn't fix the problem. Feel like this problem has been going on for a year now. Have Plenty of credits.
