Xboxlive redeem code

hi

I have got a 12 months Xboxlive gold membership I put the code into my xbox and it's saying I have a problem with the xbox service please try again later. I have a waited few hours and its still not working im not sure if its the connection I've never had
this situation before its all new to me

Error after filled in a code for points

The code works. If I'm wright it's the number 1 online store here to purchase Xboxlive gold and Xboxlive points.

Now I'm even forbidden to redeem codes after I pressed the button.

It keeps loading and then there happens nothing.

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

First thing to check is to run the Network test on your console, if that is returning issues then you need to sort those first, for example by restarting all network related devices like modem,router etc. and then run the network test on the console again.

If the Network test results all is good then please try to redeem the code again, if that fails then see the next steps:

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
