XBOXLIVE NOT LOADING ALL OF A SUDDEN

Yesterday I was able to access the above and play the daily challenge, this morning I can only get as far as the blue Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen, Nothing I can do has rectified the problem, including uninstalling and reinstalling, I have even
restored Windows 10 to a restore point from yesterday, all to no avail.

Any advice welcome.

All of a sudden, no sound?

I am using the older gen of xbox and have used the component cables this whole time.

Today I was playing some of the BF3 beta and put it down and went out for a bit. After 5 or 6 hours, I was going to play another round and I turned on my xbox and no sound was coming from it. I tried everything I can look up and think of and nothing worked.
And yes, I have tried looking up the problem on here but, the support FAQ is less than helpful.

So far I have:

1. Switched the inputs of the component cables
2. changed from component to HDMI
3. Changed the different resolutions
4. changed audio settings
5. mix and matched audio and video settings, no luck
6. restored it to its factory settings
7. turned off console and took the harddrive out
8. turned off console and took the harddrive out, then reinserted while on
9. tried playing other games
10. tried playing through it
11. turned it off for another hour

I'm out of ideas and I am kind of done dancing around Microsoft's customer service trying to get an xbox to me that actually works. This is the third one. Was there an update recently (background downloads are on but, I can't tell if it was updated) and
its messing with stereo settings; or is this going to have to be my xboxlive retirement?

 

I lost my XBOX Gold Subscription all of the sudden

and say you had unauthorized access to your account and they would take care of it (NOTE: your account may be locked to be able to use your xboxlive account)
