Xboxlive Message won't load.

Ok, So this started about 2 to 3 weeks ago. I don't normally post on the xbox forums. It's happened before but usually it will resolve itself, but this time it's not happening.

I need a fix to my Messages not loading or allowing me to read them, so here's what's internally happening and on xboxlive.

On my xbox:

On my Xbox My notifications still work, for invites and joins but messages I will not get anything. Once and a while I will, but the message never loads. When I manually navigate to the messages tab it will show my message from 2 to 3 weeks ago and show
a loading icon of it trying to get the newer messages, but it never loads. I've left it on there for almost 6 hours once. My message won't update and I can't see to read, or hear any messages.

On Window 10 app:

So when I try to get my message on my PC through the app it pretty much does the same thing however when I Navigate to my messages tabs it tells me "Seems a little quiet over here, send a message to someone" Now showing that I have no messages and on PC
I won't receive any Message notifications, but I will for invites.

On Xboxlive.com

Everything works fine.

Does anybody have any idea's what's causing this? If there isn't a solution I'm going to try and clearing my data on my xbox such as my IP and alternative Mac address and so on.

Messages won't load

A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

Sorry to hear about the messaging troubles! To start out, let's have you head over to account.microsoft.com and make sure your region is set appropriately.

Also, do you happen to have 2-step verification enabled on your Xbox Live account? Let us know so that we can best help you out with this.

 

I don't think I have th e 2-Step verification enabled, but I'm not sure. I checked my region recently and it's set correctly. Next time I get on I'm going to attempt a refresh of my IP and Mac Address. See if the resolves anything.
