    Hi I bought my xbox recently and have only had it for less than a week. I received a 14 day xboxlive gold trial and was using it successfully but then with the most recent update, I don't have gold anymore. I tried reentering the 14-day code again but it
    said it was already used. I haven't had the xbox for 14 days so i know the trial hasn't run out. Is there something you can do about this because I really want to play halo 5. Also when i tried to enter my credit card to just but xboxlive gold it wouldn't
    accept my valid card.

    You're actually showing as a Gold membership holder on your gamercard at the moment. A trial membership will not work on accounts that are already Gold.

    Have you tried playing online with the gamertag that you're posting with?

    Not forgetting all those features will also require xboxlive Gold to work, So it looks as if to function fully it will need a internet connection, Kinect, and xboxlive gold. This isn't gaming.......I'm not sure what it is...but it isn't gaming, to many rules

    XboxLive Gold cards are usually not region locked.

    Point cards however are.
