xboxlive gamertag gone. xbox customer support can't find it? Help?

okay so I started brand new when I received my xbox one. used a 14 day trial from the xbox bundle I purchased, made a new email while setting the xbox one up. made the account and started playing xboxlive with no problems. 14 day trial ran out so off I went
to gamestop to get another prepaid card to continue playing. came home and realized my connect wasnt working. *too lazy to type it* so I factory restored it as youtube.com said it would. so thus I did it, not thinking to look at the email asccociated with
the gamertag I just made. bam.. accounts gone and I can't remember the email so I call customer support and spend about 5 hours with 3 different phone reps and 2 different live chat reps till coming to the conclusion that things where messed up and the account
was really missing.. I received case #[Mod Removed]; and was assured my account would be given back to me in a couple days. that was last week.. when I search the account from my friends account he can see the account. when I search the account
on xbox.com i can see it. but, for some reason no one else can see it...

Gamertag, achievements, gamer points ALL GONE

My Gamertag, friends, and achievements are all gone from my xboxlive account. My xbox live Gold account expired a while ago and never renewed it, because I would just use my husband's account. Now, I just got Windows 8 and I tried to log in with my xboxlive
account. It wouldn't allow me so I went to the xboxlive homepage only to find out that all of my stuff is gone and username has changed. I have some weird username and a picture of a porcupine as my profile pic. Can anyone help?

gamertag I'm trying to recover is iNTiMiDaTiiON all letters no numbers.

I still have the codes used on the account. Which are forza 5 and the 14 day trial if that helps.

 

Your gamertag is not gone it is right here:
account.xbox.com/.../profile I would suggest not to post Sr number for future references, if you know the email to the account that is all you really need man. Don't post the email. If you know the email that is great. I would say try again with them and
give the email Phone or chat support

Hey there, iTz CLaNCY! This is definitely a weird one, and I'm very sorry to see that you are unable to gain access to that account. What I would like you to do is create a completely brand new account for me and post with it on this thread. Make sure that
all of the contact information on the new account is accurate. Once we have that, I can bubble this up to the appropriate teams.

 

so make a whole brand new Microsoft account and post to this thread? does this mean gamertag too?

 

also this account is connected with my personal email and all contact info is updated on this account, as I was told by a phone rep. "gonna have to write this account off"
