hi/bonjour

voila mon problème j ai un abonnement xboxlive valable jusqu au 24 avril 2019 mais je ne peu me connecter et jouer sur mes jeu car il me dis que j ai besoin d un abonnement au xboxlive j ai tester mon acces internet et il me dis que tout et ok cela fais
2 jours que j ai ce probleme et j ai eu ce meme probeme au mois de mars

merci de m aider car je ne sais pas quoi faire

p.s meme en voulant m abonner rien ce passe on me dis qu il y a un probleme

Hey Ayeros,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are unable to play online even though you have an active Gold Subscription. Make sure there are no problems with your gold by checking out your

Xbox Services page. Once you have confirmed that everything looks good, try
removing and re-adding your profile by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account
> Remove accounts.
Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
When you're finished, select Close

Once your account is back on the console, test out your Gold by trying to play something online. Let us know how it goes!

Thank you for reaching out.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue of not being able to connect to Xbox Live.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. Hope this helps!
