XboxGames folder preventing me from launching games as Admin

For whatever reason, any game installed in the XboxGames folder cannot be run as an administrator, even when I do have administrator powers on my own machine. I keep getting "Failed to enumerate objects in the container" errors when I try to make any changes to the security options for the files/folders in question, and when I DO try to launch an executable as an admin, I get the "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You many not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." error, when I know I should have the access.

This is specifically happening with both Sea of Star as well as with Starfield, and because I'm having crashing issues with Starfield running it as an administrator was going to be one of my troubleshooting attempts. However I'm now more preoccupied with the fact that apparently I can't run XboxGames as an admin on my own machine than I am with having Starfield crashing on my upon loading a save file or exiting a menu.

I'm not sure where/when you mean by that.

I'm currently signed in and connected to my Game Pass account, that's all good. but when I go the properties for the Starfield game, I can only go so deep into it before I start losing permissions to do things.

For example, see here I have the option to edit things:

But as soon as I go down one folder, I've lost the Edit button, and everything in here can't be run as an admin.

I'm proper stumped.

Game Pass games don't need to be run as admin

Most likely you're having permissions issues. Did you click the OK to access your account when you first booted?

Well before trying your solution i checked with which files the game opens (files from WidnowsApps or XboxGames folder) and the game opens with the files from the xboxgames folder and not from windowsapps. I moved the folder of Forza Horizon 5 from XboxGames folder to another path just to check if the game is going to launch with the files from windowsapps folder but it won't launch. It says path not found and game can not open, appears as uninstalled. So if i delete xboxgames folder the same thing as above will happen and i will not be capable of opening the game and i will have to redownload it, which this is what i am trying not to do as with my internet connection it will take 2 days for the 133 gbs.

I used this method to find the file throwing the error.
The file was "sophosfilescanner.exe"

This is Sophos Home my malware protection software. I added the "D:\XboxGames\" folder to the list of files/folders to exclude from checking.

Bingo. My newly downloaded xboxpass games are now launching.

Thank you for your help but I was able to solve the problem by renaming the "xboxgames" folder in my hard drive in safe mode which then made a new xboxgames folder with nothing in it besides the normal files that I was able to copy the game files from the original folder to not have to reinstall anything.
