XboxGamePass perks impossible to redeem

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

Having the same issue, US/East Coast.

I saw the offer for this perk was there a few days ago, it had an expiration date/redeem by date of October 25th 2020, that was available for me to grab on Thurs/Friday and then I went to activate it today and the offer is missing. I've also noted that
many people on various forums and on twitter also have noted that the offer is missing for them as well.

I would very much like to redeem this, any help would be great.

For the game pass perks, it is per perks and not per subscription.

For example, I have redeemed a code perks for World of Tanks, after I redeemed it, I will not be able to redeem it again even if my susbcritpion expired and renewed.

@XboxGamePass they do reply to suggestions on there.

The point here is purchasing 3 month of Xboxgamepass codes only for 1$ (trial). Which means they will only spent 12$ buying 12 codes of 3 month Xboxgamepass. Isn't that kinda illegal ?.

It's like paying 12$ for 36 month of Xboxgamepass and paying 1$ for 1 month of Xboxgamepass Ultimate, resulting in 36 months of this service which absolutely seems illegal i think
