    Xboxes stolen.


    Hi,

    Yesterday, my two Xboxes and an elite controller were stolen. I have read the guidelines on the Xbox website. I have contacted the Police and they are going to file a report. I have changed my password and removed the payment methods from the account
    (and cancelled the cards anyway). The insurance company has also been contacted. I will be following up with the Police department burglary division next week. Microsoft support gave me a number for the Police to call and I will be giving that to them.
    I spoke with a support person in a chat and they said the console had not connected online yet. I guess I'm posting here in hope that someone could help me with this preferably from Microsoft, if possible. Or, at the least, maybe someone could point me in
    the right direction. Also, I would like to know if there's anything else I need to do or should do in this situation.

    The police will sort out recovering your stolen XBox.

    Your insurance should sort out replacing your stolen XBox.

    Thanks! Law enforcement and Xbox were able to track the location of his stolen console. They recovered the majority of items that were stolen including his Xbox 360 :)
