    Issue: I cannot open the Xbox App. It hangs and never opens. I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled. Same issue. When I reboot after the new install, I get an error associated with "XboxAppServices.exe - System Error" "The code execution cannot proceed because gamingtelemetry.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." ...note that is doesnt XboxAppServices.exe - gamingtelemetry.dll :(

    How i can get logs? Give me info about which logs(path in filesystem) you need for debug my problem, please.

    May be i can run service XboxAppServices.exe in cmd or powershell. If you give me a command i will run it on my PC.
