xbox360 youtube problems

I recently had an issue with youtube freezing, so I deleted and re-uploaded youtube app.

Now it refuses to start youtube app, and simply says "There was a problem doing this" and won;t give me any code. I tried deleting and reinstalling again, and now there is a corrupted file shown for youtube and I cannot delete it. Tells me "there was a problem
doing this"

I have tried everything I know of, including reinstalling my profile, redoing updates, etc.

No joy.

Cannot watch youtube vids even after reinstalling multiple times.

Cannot delete the corrupted file from my storage.

Cannot contact microsoft in person, just keep getting sent to the retarded virtual agent garbage page.

Please help as I am disabled and cannot afford a new console!

Update.

I formatted the hard drive and got rid of the corrupted file, then downloaded youtube again. Same results every time I try to start it, says "there was a problem doing that" and goes to home page

File shows complete but app will not run

ready to ditch the xbox360!!

so frustrating as just want to watch youtube!

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you try and access YouTube, what errors do you get? You need an Xbox live subscription for access to YouTube, and a stable internet connection. Provide as many details, so we can assist you better on the issue.
