Xbox360/Xbox One Achievement's

I forgot to mention, the achievements in question are of xbox360, since those of xbox one which my friends are using appear in the list without problems

and another thing aswell i cannot delete 0% games from game history because it keeps reappearing when i delete it

Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware. When a Gamerscore correction occurs
the player’s Gamerscore is reset and previously-earned achievements remain unobtainable.

Gamerscore cheating will result in a reset of the account’s Gamerscore, and depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation may be accompanied by a temporary or permanent account suspension. Under certain circumstances, a Gamerscore correction
may be limited to achievements earned on a particular platform. Egregious or repeated Gamerscore violations may lead to a device ban.

it is stupid because i never actually got the evidence, i know for a fact i didnt cheat or tamper with my account, all the evidence i got was tampering, i wanna see how it was tampered with so i know it is an hacker or not?

When games are reset back to zero, you will not be able to unlock the achievements again.
