Xbox360 Wireless

Do I need to buy a xbox wireless adaptor or is there any other way to connect the xbox wireless?

My controller has problems.. HELP!

Have you added any 2.4GHz Equipment near your Xbox360..?? (Wireless N Router, Using WiFi on Xbox360, 2.4GHz Cordless Phones, Wireless Turtle Beach Headset etc..)

The Xbox Controllers use the 2.4GHz Band for communicating with the Xbox360..

It's built into slims isn't it? Fatboys need an adapter far as I know.

 

Yeah slim consoles have wireless built in ready to go, if its not a slim it needs the wireless adaptor

 

Cheers lads , yeah its an older xbox so nothing built in ! Was moving it to my sons bedroom but it was only for a couple of weeks so wont bother now.

 

You can buy a long ethernet cable for a few pounds as it`s just a temporary relocation.

 

Yeah cheers mate I did think about it but its back under the tv where it started my boy can just bring his spare 19" tv into the living room in the meantime.

Those work great, used one for years before swapping to a slim 360

ok picked one up but now getting the problem of strict nat ( I knew this was going to be straightforward) When running the test it says I have to open upnp on router? Any help would be most appreciated!!

 

Its sound got it sorted through the old technical way !! Turn router on and off and all good

 

I`m not tech either, turn it off then back on or hit it with a hammer lol

 

lol yeah the hammer was looked out along with the big daddy sledge hammer , chainsaw, and nunchucks just incase plan A failed !!
