    I'm not always right and would never claim such a thing. Just as I would never claim I am correct when evidence has been presented to the contrary.

    Microsoft know that there are three different types of account, yet somehow you know better than them.

    A local or offline profile has no Live access. It is not considered a gamertag (hence why I can create an account with your name). It can not make purchases off Live.

    A Silver account is one that has Live access but no online play ability. No two accounts can have the same gamertag.

    Yes obviously the same thing despite Microsoft themselves saying they aren't. I know it hurts not always to be right, I hate it myself, yet I can accept when that happens. You don't seem to be able too.

    I've had very similar issues with my console too tried everything but ended up giving up so I don't buy Xbox live anymore
