    As mentioned in the post you linked to, if none of the steps worked you'll want to fill out the Achievement Survey provided near the bottom. So long as you fill out that the appropriate team will be made aware of the Achievement trouble you're having.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
