Xbox360 Slim, video fault.

Okay, I bought a brand new Xbox360 Slim in early 2011.

As of yesterday it seems to have developed a fault.

Whilst playing, the picture begins to flicker, I get green lines flickering across the screen, and the picture will cut out completely.

The console otherwise remains working, as the pad vibrates depending on what is still happening in the game.

So it would seem that there's a fault with the HDMI or other video related component.

My question is, how much is a service going to cost? Seeing as it's now out of warranty.

The support site is completely useless!

I've been trying to request a service, but it won't complete.

I go to devices, select "request service" under my Xbox360, choose "console experiences video issues" and type a description of my problem, but when I click on "next" it takes me to "my orders" and there's nothing there.

It is not processing my order!

I can't even request a call back as the option isn't even available.

I want to get my console fixed, but the site is making it impossible.
